Good Faith Roofing Privacy Policy

Good Faith Roofing LLC ("Good Faith Roofing," "we," "us" or "our") is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us. This privacy policy describes what personal information we may collect from you when you visit GoodFaithRoofing.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy should be reviewed by counsel before publication.

"Personal information" means any information by which you can be identified, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, and details you provide about your property and roofing or solar needs. This policy applies to users accessing the Site from within the United States.

Collecting information about you

In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Our web servers may track the Internet domain address from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but individual users remain anonymous unless you voluntarily tell us who you are.

There are times when we ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as when you request an online roof estimate, schedule an inspection, submit a contact form, apply for financing, or request a proposal. The information we may request includes your name, property address, telephone number, email address, and details about your roof, your solar installation, and any storm or insurance claim you are pursuing. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. However, if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to receive an estimate, schedule an inspection, or access certain features of the Site.

When you use the instant estimate calculator, the inspection scheduling tool, or the contact form embedded on the Site, the information you enter is collected both by us and by the third-party provider that operates that tool. That provider processes your information under its own privacy policy, which is separate from this one.

Using information about you

Good Faith Roofing will use the personal information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your request or project, analyzing trends and statistics, communicating with you about your project, informing you of our products, services and special offers, and providing you with information about Good Faith Roofing.

When you submit a form, request an estimate, schedule an inspection, or provide your telephone number, you consent to be contacted by Good Faith Roofing by phone, text message and email regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply and you may opt out at any time.

We may combine information you give us online, over the phone, or through the mail with publicly available information and information we receive from our partners. We use that combined information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, communicate about your project, and improve this website.

We may contract with companies or persons to provide certain services, including estimate generation, scheduling, financing, mapping and aerial imagery, analytics, and promotional services. We call them our Service Providers. We provide our Service Providers with the information needed for them to perform these services, including your personal information when necessary. We do not sell your personal information.

Although unlikely, in certain instances we may disclose your personal information when we have reason to believe that it is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against persons or entities who may be causing injury to you, to Good Faith Roofing, or to others. We may also disclose your personal information when the law requires it.

Editing, updating, correcting and deleting information about you

If you prefer not to receive information from us, please let us know by calling, emailing, or mailing us at the address below. Please be sure to include your email address, full name, mailing address, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, street address, or other personal information with us, please contact us in the same manner described above along with the current information on our records and the information that you would like our records updated to.

Please note that these requests may take up to 30 days to become effective. In addition, when you request an estimate or schedule an inspection, we may need to contact you via phone, email, or physical mail to address questions or issues specific to your request, even if you have opted to not receive marketing communications from us.

Cookies and similar technologies

Good Faith Roofing uses cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your device. We use cookies to remember your preferences, estimate our audience size, assist our service providers in tracking visits, process your requests, and analyze visiting patterns. You can generally set your browser to not accept cookies or to notify you when you are sent a cookie, giving you the chance to decide whether or not to accept it. However, by not accepting cookies, certain features of the Site may not function properly.

We may contract with third parties who may use cookies and collect information on our behalf, including analytics providers such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. These third parties are prohibited by our contract with them from sharing that information with anyone other than us or our Service Providers.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the security of your personal information that you share with us. Unfortunately, much like offline transactions, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, while we take every precaution to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from the Site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will do our best to protect its security on our systems.

Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to websites operated and maintained by third parties, including manufacturers, financing partners, and mapping or imagery providers, over which we have no control. Privacy policies on such linked sites may be different. You access such linked sites at your own risk. You should always read the privacy policy of a linked site before disclosing any personal information on those sites.

Third-party tools and embedded features

Portions of the Site rely on tools operated by third parties, including the instant estimate calculator, the inspection scheduling tool, the contact form, financing applications, and manufacturer resources we link to. Those tools and any pages they load are controlled by their operators, not by us. Your use of a third-party tool is governed by that provider's own terms of use and privacy policy, and information you enter into a third-party tool may be collected and processed by that provider. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the accuracy, availability, security, or data practices of any third party.

Protecting children

The Site is for a general audience. It is our policy, in compliance with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), not to collect information online from children age 13 and under. We also do not knowingly send email or regular mail correspondence to anyone under the age of 13 without a parent's consent. Children under the age of 13 should always ask a parent or guardian for permission before providing any personal information to anyone online. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and in some cases to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because we do not sell your personal information, an opt out of sale is not applicable. To exercise any available rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law.

Policy changes

From time to time, it may become necessary for us to change this privacy policy in whole or in part. If we do so, the new policy will be posted on the Site. Those changes will go into effect on the date posted in the notice. The new policy will apply to all current and past users of the Site and will replace any prior policies that may be inconsistent. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
