The Get It Right Guarantee

There will occasionally be bumps in any roofing project. What matters is knowing your roofer will own them. We either get it right the first time, or we make it right every time.

What the guarantee actually means

One point of accountability

One team, one project, one person who owns the outcome. You never get handed between a roofing crew, a solar crew and a subcontractor who all point at each other.

We answer after the check clears

The measure of a roofer is what happens the week after the job, not the week before it. Call us and you reach the same company that sold you the roof.

Written scope, written findings

Line-item scopes including the per-sheet decking rate, plus photo documentation you keep whether or not you hire us. Nothing about your roof should be a surprise.

We make it right

If something is not right, we come back and correct it. Not after a debate, not after three voicemails. That is the whole promise.

Why we put this first

Roofing has an accountability problem in North Texas. Storms bring companies into the metroplex who are gone by the next season, and homeowners are left holding a warranty from a business that no longer answers the phone. We built Good Faith Roofing to be the opposite of that: a permanent local company in Addison, with one team responsible for the whole project.

It covers the solar side too

On homes with solar, the usual failure is a split project: a roofer blames the solar company, the solar company blames the roofer, and the homeowner mediates. We handle detach, roofing and reinstall under one contract and one schedule, so the guarantee covers the seam where most projects go wrong.

How to hold us to it

Call the office, send a photo, and tell us what is not right. You will get a person, a date and a resolution. We would rather absorb a correction than carry a bad roof with our name on it.

Guarantee questions

Is this a workmanship warranty?
The guarantee is our service promise, and it sits alongside a written workmanship warranty and the manufacturer warranty on your materials. The promise is that you will not have to fight anyone to use them.
What if the issue is the material, not the install?
We handle the manufacturer claim for you. As an IKO and Atlas certified installer, we file it and follow it through rather than handing you a phone number.
Does the guarantee apply to repairs, not just replacements?
Yes. If we repaired it and the repair does not hold as described in the scope, we come back.
Does it transfer if I sell the house?
Workmanship and manufacturer warranty transfer terms vary by product and are spelled out in your paperwork. Ask us before you list and we will tell you exactly what conveys.
